Studied piano, organ and harmony under Louis Coenen, of Rotterdam. Holland, and Profs. Franklin Bassett and E. M. Bowman. Married Albert Payson Terhune; one daughter, Mrs. Lorraine Stevens.
Was for several years a concert pianist in N. Y. and elsewhere; also organist at Beckwith Meml. Church, Cleveland Presbyn. Composer of more than 100 songs; also composed music of comic opera, Nero, 1904.
