She married John Donald Lloyd May 10, 1947 in Chicago. They moved to Junction City, Oregon in 1951. She helped build up, then managed their several concurrent businesses including Lloyd Built Construction. With her husband, she gutted an historical home, then rebuilt it into the Junction City Lee House Museum.
She’ll be remembered for her pride in her family & her love of gardening, antiques and jigsaw puzzles. Also how, without drawing breath, she could out talk anyone.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 62 years. Survivors include a son, John Lloyd & wife, Monique of Halsey; a daughter, Nancy Shaidell & husband, David of Cheshire. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Sherry & Jeff Beck and Jack, Owen, Gavin & Hugh Lloyd. Also by 5 great grandchildren.
