MYRTLE MOORE
Myrtle, age 93, of Beavercreek, passed away Monday at Hospice of Dayton after a short illness to be with the Lord.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar; her parents, James and Cora Jones; a daughter, Sharon Shanes; three sons-in-law; a grandson, Steven Winters; two brothers and a sister.
She is survived by sisters, Ada Richardson of Ca. and Peggy Axsom of Indiana; daughters, Donna Needles of Waynesville, Oh; Wanda Winters of Pickerington, Oh., Pat (Gordon) Allen of Fairborn, Oh, Norma J. Anderson of Ca. and Mary J. (Fred) Pridemore of New Lebanon; sons, Larry (Angie) Moore of Conneaut, Oh, and Steve (Donie) Moore of NM.
She had 18 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren that she loved and cherished. She was a wonderful, special lady with a beautiful heart and wonderful sense of humor who touched many lives. She will be missed by all that knew her.
A special thanks to Dr. Kwiat for his care, visits and the special bond they had for each other.
The funeral service will be at 2 pm on Thursday, March 1st at the Tobias Funeral Home-Far Hills Chapel, 5471 Far Hills Ave., Pastor Don Payne officiating.The family will receive friends from 12:30 pm until the time of service on Thursday. Interment will be at Holp Cemetery in New Lebanon, Ohio.
