Samantha Cora Phillips, the daughter of David and Toni (Londo) Phillips, was born on December 3, 1995 in Minneapolis. When she was five her family moved to Litchfield where she attended school. While in high school she was a member of the dance team. She attended Pioneer Girls at the Cornerstone church. Sam was very open with her thoughts and always let you know what she was thinking. She enjoyed spending time with her grandparents and friends. She also enjoyed music, social media, and her dog Petey Boy. She had a special place in her heart for Justin Bieber.
She is survived by her parents David and Toni Phillips of Litchfield, brother Spencer Phillips of Litchfield, half sister and brother Alexis Phillips and David Phillips, Jr both of Fargo. She is also survived by her grand parents, Larry Londo and Patty Greene, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ken and Bea Phillips and uncles, Mike and Kenny Phillips Jr. and her cousin Maya Phillips.
