LINCOLN, MAINE -- Mr. Paul A. Rowe, of Lincoln, Maine passed away peacefully at his home, September 9, 2017, following a lengthy period of declining health. He was the beloved husband of the late Donna M. (Weltman) and Elsie (Smith). Born in Winthrop, MA he was one of ten children of the late George and Louise (Marion) Rowe.

Paul was a Wilmington resident for nearly sixty years prior to moving to Maine. He worked for many years as a talented carpenter and was a proud member of the Carpenter's Union Local 40. Coming from a long line of carpenters Paul took great pride in his work and the work of his family members before him who built and worked on countless homes and construction projects throughout Massachusetts. For many years Paul also owned and operated Rowe's Garage of Beverly along with his late wife Donna and his son, U.S. Air Force veteran, Michael Rowe. Paul loved the ocean and had a passion for boating. He was a licensed Captain and for over thirty five years was a devoted member of the Lynn Yacht Club.

Paul will fondly be remembered as great guy devoted to his family and also for his support of both the Wilmington Police and Fire Departments.

In addition to his late wives and parents, Paul is sadly predeceased by his nine siblings. He is survived by his children, Luann Haley of Austin, TX, Michael Rowe of Millinocket, ME, Pauline Rowe Taylor of Lincoln, ME, Dana Rowe of New Vineyard, ME, Marc Rowe of Nashua, NH and step daughters Donna Van Dam and Kimberly Barry. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

ROWE -- Funeral services will be held from the Dello Russo Family Funeral Home, 374 Main St., Wilmington, Saturday, September 16th, at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass celebrated in St. Dorothy Church, Main St., Wilmington, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours at the Dello Russo Family Funeral Home will be held on Friday from 4 thru 8 p.m. Services will conclude with burial at Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington.
