Veronica Josephine Norman, age 63, died Sunday August 23, 2009 at Mt. Carmel Medical Center. Member of Holy Rosary Society and Fatima Club at St. Patrick Church, where she was a life long member. Retired from the State of Ohio, Columbus Developmental Center after 30 years. Active member of Ohio Civil Service Employees Association Hilltop Chapter.

Preceded in death by father, Francis Michael Norman; mother, Viola Elizabeth Manning Norman; grandmother, Margaret Josephine Flood Norman; brothers, George and John Norman; and sister Margaret Holbert.

Survived by sisters, Frances (Ron) Vantwinie of Columbus, Elizabeth (Victor) Alvarez of Zanesville, Rita (Ted) Paul of Zanesville; brothers, James (Joan) Norman of South Carolina, Patrick (Ginny) Renner, Fredrick Norman of Wisconsin; special niece's, Anna Martinez, Viola Calderon and Ruth Norman Martinez. Entombment St. Joseph Cemetery. Revised with current sibling’s death as of September 13, 2017.

Veronica was never married nor did she have any children however I loved her like a mother and she in return, loved me like her daughter and I know, that she made others, feel the same way. ~ Ruth, her niece
