Charles L "Chuck" Kiser Jr., 86, of South Charleston, W. Va., formerly of Elkview, W. Va. was a retired auto body repairman with Moses Cadillac, Charleston, W. Va., and served his country in the US Air Force. He was a member of the Antioch Advent Christian Church, Aaron's Fork, W. Va., and enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, of 48 years, Velma Reed Kiser. Surviving are sons, Jeff and Joseph; brothers, James, Dale, Bob and Ronnie; and sisters, Doris and Shirley.
