Robert Lynn Tedford, 68, passed away Sun., September 10, 2017 at Unity Medical Center E/R. A native of Detroit, MI., he resided in Manchester.

He is survived by his wife, Katie Henegar Tedford of Manchester; 5 Children, Nick Tedford of Bardstown, Ky., Lynn Tedford and Tracy Tedford both of Buffalo, W.V., Amanda Tedford Cobb and Elizabeth Tedford (Jeff) Short both of Manchester; Sister, Joall Tokan of MI; Nephew and Niece, Ken Tedford and Michelle Riley both of MI.; 9 grandchildren also survive.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Russell Tedford and Beatrice Elizabeth Doherty Tedford; his brother, Scott Tedford and his niece, Teri Token.

A member of the Methodist church, Robert was a retired veteran of the Air Force where he served as an Air C Rescue Medic in Vietnam. He also was retired after 20 years from M-Tek. Robert loved sports including Michigan Football and Red Wings Hockey.

Funeral Services will be held at 1 pm Wednesday, September 13, 2017 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. John Hembree officiating. Interment will follow with full military honors at Riverside Gardens. Visitation with the family will be from 5 pm until 8 pm Tuesday, September 12, 2017. For those wishing to do so, donations may be made to any Mesothelioma organization
