Robert East, age 88, of Rogersville, passed away Monday, September 4, 2017 at Signature HealthCARE of Rogersville.
He was a member of the Rogersville Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
Mr. East was a veteran of World War II having served in the U.S. Navy.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marie Vernona Wrenn East; his mother, Myrtle Yarnell East; and his brother, Red East.
He is survived by his daughter, Karen Louise Collins and husband, Don, of Church Hill; sons, Barry Bernard East and wife, Diane, of Rogersville, and Robert V. East and wife, Patricia, of Kennesaw, GA; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
