Graveside services for Debra “Ganny” Green, 62, of Lufkin will be held Friday, September 15, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in the Whitehouse Cemetery with Brother Buddy Leach officiating. Mrs. Green was born January 1, 1955 in Pasadena, Texas to the late Ruby Lucille (Gibson) and Jesse Eugene Leach, and died Monday, September 11, 2017 at her residence. Mrs. Green resided in Lufkin most of her life and was known for her cooking. She enjoyed fishing, camping on the Sabine River, and spending time with her family. She had beautiful blue eyes. Mrs. Green was a Christian. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Jeremy and Jennifer Morvant of Groves; daughters, Penny Ann King and Cynthia Marie Garcia, both of Lufkin; grandchildren, Sunie Rector and husband Wesley, Dustin Green, Justin Green, Samie Blalock, Heyle Garcia, Jaycee Steiner and husband Stephen, James King, Kamra King, and Ashley Bailey; great-grandchildren, Eden, Able, Ethan, Timothy, Shelby, Miranda, Tatiana, Trevor, River, Jonah, Migel, Schuyler, Arizona Blaze, Torrey, Kerstyn, Eli, and Remington; brothers and sisters-in-law, Robert and Jeanette Leach of Lufkin, V.E. “Buddy” and Phuong Leach of Palestine, and Rayford Leach of Lufkin; sister and brother-in-law, Hazel and Daniel Jensen of Huntintgon; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Edward Green; son, Albert Green; grandson, Sergio Espitia; brother, Kenneth Leach; and sister, Jessie Overturf. Pallbearers will be Wesley Rector, James King, Migel Torres, Dustin Green, Justin Green, Jeremy Morvant, Gary Leach, and Bryan Flowers.
