Chad was born to Terry and Pamela Raymer
He graduated from Garden County High School and went on to Mid Plains Community College in North Platte graduating as an automotive mechanic.
Chad returned to Oshkosh for Jordan's Ag and Auto Repair, later working for Nebraska Department of Roads for several years.
He was a member of the Garden County Fraternal order of Eagles. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, working on his rat rods and having his friends around.
