Jim retired from Kokomo Sanitary Pottery with 39 years service. He had also worked for the Galveston Cemetery the past ten years, along with his wife Beverly.
Jim graduated from Cale High School in 1962 in Arkansas, he enjoyed fishing, gardening and woodworking. He served his country in the United States Air Force from 1964 – 1968.
Surviving family include his wife Beverly J. Fore, Galveston, son, Jeff A. (Michele) Fore, Noblesville; daughter Kristi J. (Brian) Morgan, Galveston; grandchildren, Karisa (Victor Bruce) Nahodil, Galveston; Kelly Fore, Noblesville; great grandchildren, Elizabeth Jean and Levi Alan Nahodil, Galveston; brother, Dale (Mary Frances) Fore, Prescott, Arkansas and eight nieces and several great nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Billy Wayne and Bobby J. Fore and sister, Marvie Sue McNatt.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 5th at Galveston Cemetery with Rev. Don McDowell officiating. Military Honors will also be observed. In keeping with Jim’s wishes, no visitation will be held. Murray Weaver Funeral Home in Galveston has been entrusted with arrangements.
