Tina Pearl Dobbins, age 74 of Sherwood, passed away September 9, 2017 at St. Thomas Midtown in Nashville. She was born on October 31, 1942 in Sherwood to the late John D. and Lucille Hopkins Temples. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Molly Ann Goff. Survivors include a daughter, Kathy Wilson of Tucson, AZ; sons, Gordon (Julie) Dobbins of Knoxville and Roger (Joyce) Dobbins of Sherwood; granddaughters, Kristin Dobbins, Afton Dobbins, and Alexis Picklesimer; grandsons, Christopher Pritchett and Luke Dobbins; great-grandchildren, Alayna Cuthbert, Layla and Landon Pritchett; brother, Joe T. (Marr) Temples of Cookeville; sisters, Rita Stubblefield of Sherwood, Johnnie Marie Hancock of Section, AL, Princess Sample of Winchester, Janice (Charlie) Laxson of Pelham and Irma Archey of Tullahoma; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Wednesday at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 11 am Thursday, September 14, 2017 at Mt. View Cemetery in Sherwood.
