Bobby Lohn Reid passed away in his sleep Friday night. He had been fighting kidney disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes for the past few years. He was born May 1, 1957 in San Francisco, CA to Jim and Betty Reid.
Bobby was a Gopher football player and sang in the Choir. He graduated from Grand Prairie High School in 1975. Within a few weeks he was enrolled in classes at Mountain View College. He was a good singer who enjoyed fishing anywhere someone would take him. Bobby was determined and a child at heart. He collected antique wind-up toys.
Bobby is preceded in death by his father Jim Lohn Reid III.
He is survived by his mother Betty Ophenia Reid, brothers: (Twin) Billy Lee Reid, Jim Lohn Reid IV, Larry DeWayne Reid and Terry Lynn Reid and their families.
