BAILEY, MR. J CRAIG, age 49, of Birmingham, passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2007. Survivors: wife, Ann; children, Kathryn and Courtney; sisters, Sandy Heim (Roger) of Shawnee, Kansas, Jennifer Hoffman of Fishers, Indiana and René Horn (Gary) of Edwardsville, Illinois. He was an undergraduate of Murray State and graduate of Cumberland School of Law. He practiced in Birmingham during his entire career. He was president of his fraternity, Kappa Alpha Order, he was on the Mock Trial Team in law school, he was on the Board of Trustees at the Asbury United Methodist Church, he was on the Board of Directors and Past- President of Greystone Country Club, he was on the board of the Greystone Homeowners Association, he was on the Board of Directors of the Southeastern Diabetes Educational Services, Inc. He was a loving father, husband, brother and friend and will be greatly missed. Visitation will be Saturday from 5:00 until 7:00pm at the Asbury United Methodist Church. Services will be held Sunday at 2:00pm at the church with burial in Southern Heritage Cemetery. Memorials can be made to the Asbury UMC Youth Program.

For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
