Alfred Ingle was the second husband of tattooed attraction/tattoo artist "Lady Viola" (Maiden name Ethel Martin). He was a giant with the circus under the name Carl Gulliver, and allegedly a childhood friend. According to one newspaper article, Ethel was a cook when they were married. After their marriage, she was tattooed and learned to tattoo, so she could join her husband in show business. Sadly, he died in 1930, shortly after she underwent the process.
