Jerry L. Lawrence, age 65, of Nancy, passed away on Saturday, September 9, 2017, at Alive Hospice, in Madison, Tennessee.
Jerry was born on February 19, 1952, in Morris, Illinois, son of Gilbert Peter and Bertha Stoker Lawrence. He married Carrie Allan in Las Vegas, Nevada. Jerry loved spending time with his family and traveling to the mountains. He enjoyed cooking and birdwatching. Jerry was of the Christian faith.
He is survived by his wife, Carrie; his children, Jerry A. Lawrence (Tracy), of Mt. Juliet, TN, Becky Lawrence (Randy), of Lostant, IL, Misty Lawrence, of Aurora, CO, Casey Allan, of Nancy, and Cheyanne Lawrence Cox (Tiffany), of Nancy; his brothers, Allen Lawrence (Gwen), of Aurora, IL, Larry Lawrence (Patty), of Eckerty, IL, Jimmy Lawrence (Valerie), of Huntley, IL, and Victor Lawrence (Patty), of Windsor; his sister, Madonna Boyce, of Nancy; and his grandchildren, Brandon Harper, Kristen Abbott, Tyler Lawrence, Megan Abbott, Stephanie Lawrence, Ryan Abbott, Grant Harper, Jerry Lawrence, Allison Harper, Keira Lawrence and Saphira Allan.
Jerry is preceded in death by his parents; his son, Christopher Lawrence; his brother, Michael Lawrence; and his brother-in-law, Richard Boyce.
