Julie E. “Jules” Price, 40, a resident of Junior, departed this life at 9:42 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2015, in Davis Medical Center at Elkins, following a seven year period of declining health.
She was born April 22, 1974, at Elkins, a daughter of the late John L. Price Sr. and the former Helena Blanche Thorne.
In addition to her mother, survivors include one son, Tyler Kline and wife, Candice, of Belington; grandmother, Vivian Thorne of Junior, who helped care for her for the past five years; a special niece and nephew; Cordelia and Tristian Thorne; one sister, Tammy Sims and husband, Dave, of Vienna; two grandchildren, Brayden and Adilynn Kline both of Belington; and a special uncle, Larry Thorne of Belington.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by one brother, John L. “Bub” Price Jr.; her paternal grandparents, Bill and Pearl Price; and her maternal grandfather, Tommy Thorne.
She was a 1992 graduate of Philip Barbour High School. She was a Protestant by faith and enjoyed spending time and being with her family. She was an avid WWF fan and loved to watch it profoundly. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Friends will be received at Talbott Funeral Home at 56 N. Brandenburg St. in Belington, from 5-9 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 25, and again Monday from 8-11 a.m., the funeral hour, when final rites will be conducted from the funeral home chapel with Pastor Howard Biller officiating. Interment will follow in the Fraternal Cemetery near Belington.
