Funeral service for Ola Faye Hornsby, age 91, of Sulphur Springs, have been scheduled for 2:00 PM, Monday, September 11, 2017 at Divide Baptist Church in Sulphur Springs with Pastor Ronnie Miller officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Josh Miller, Heather Miller, Marcus Ford, Amber Ford, Carroll Ethridge and Doug McCool. Great Grandchildren will serve as honorary pallbearers. No visitation is scheduled. Ms. Hornsby passed away on September 5, 2017 at her residence in Sulphur Spring. Faye was born in Yantis on April 16, 1926, the daughter of Charlie Albert Prince and Mildred Clarkey Camp Prince. She retired as a door greater for Wal-Mart and was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include: son, Ronnie Miller and wife Debbie; grandchildren Joshua Brandon Miller, Amber Nichole Ford; great grandchildren: Chloe Dawn Miller, Raylan Kash Miller, Riley Jean Ford and Nehemiah Graceson Ford; brother, Billy Ray Prince Ms. Hornsby was preceded in death by her parents; husbands; sons, Billy Paul Debord and Regan Wingo; sisters: Nell Bain, Jo Folmar, Charlene Kilman and Lola May Campbell.
