Rev. Wayne Freeman, age 64 of LaFollette went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 7, 2017.

He was a member of the Shield of Faith Community Church. Wayne enjoyed fishing, tinkering, and telling stories.

He is preceded in death by wife Mary Ruth Freeman; parents John & Louise (Lawson) Freeman.

He is survived by sons Bill Berry & wife Linda of Duff, Dale Berry & Angie of Demory, Rick Berry & wife Ann of LaFollette, and Danny Berry & wife Judy of Jacksboro; daughters Debbie Shepherd, Rella Moser & husband Jeff, and Judy Moser & husband Jimbo, all of Jacksboro; brothers Dennis Freeman of LaFollette, and Arlis Freeman of Michigan; sister Sandy Owens & husband Ken of LaFollette; 20 grandchildren & 45 great grandchildren; a host of other relatives & friends.

Visitation will be 6-8 PM Saturday, September 9, 2017 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will be 2 PM Sunday, September 10, 2017 at Shield of Faith Community Church with Rev. Thomas Adkins & Brother Danny Parker officiating.

The interment will follow funeral service to Chadwell Cemetery in LaFollette.
