McNeal, Arizona - Charles Gene "Chuck" Kaiser, Sr., 69, passed away at Life Care Center of Sierra Vista on September 6, 2017.
Born in Raum, Pope County, Illinois on August 27, 1948, the son of Charles Franklin Kaiser and Helen Imogene Hall Kaiser.
The family settled in Creve Coeur, Illinois. Chuck attended East Peoria High School and began work at Caterpillar. He also owned and operated an auto body shop in Groveland, Illinois.
He wed Barbara Jean Voight on December 25,1992 and together they finished the house that he had built by hand on Forest Dr. in the Village of North Pekin, Illinois.
Having ridden motorcycles his entire life and believing in 'education not legislation' Chuck was a long time active member of PEO-TAZ ABATE of CENTRAL ILLINOIS.
Upon his retirement from Caterpillar, after thirty-one years, Chuck flew out to Tucson (AZ) and enrolled in bounty hunting classes, where he graduated and became a Bail Enforcement Officer and a lifetime member of N.A.B.E.A. (National Association of Bail Enforcement Agents).
2011, marked the year when Chuck and his wife moved from North Pekin, Illinois to McNeal, Arizona and to the ranch they had previous purchased in Cochise County, Arizona.
He then took a side job driving trucks for Maddux & Sons, being laid off when the Border Road was discontinued. Chuck ran his Windy Hill Ranch-Home of the Rowdy Bunch in rural McNeal. It was to be a working cattle ranch. Survivors include his wife Barbara, two sons, Charles G. Kaiser, Jr., Illinois and Donald "Buzz" Fortner of Mississippi, three daughters, Kathy Sarver of Pekin, Illnois, Bonnie (John) Anderson of Mossville, Illinois, Becky (Jason) Emery of Princeville, Illinois. Grandchildren: Matthew Kaiser, Seth Emery, Brittany Emery, Hannah Emery, Gage Sarver, Brye Sarver, Amanda Hoover, Heather Braman, Jake Braman, Kyle Sarver, Dallas Hays and five great-grandchildren. Also surviving, his brother, Ted (Mary) Kaiser and his sister, Vicki Kaiser and many nieces and nephews. His wish was to be cremated. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made in his name to: The Shriners Hospital For Children.
