Gary Symington Parker, 73, of Marietta, Georgia, passed away on April 16, 2017. He was born in Brooklyn, New York on March 3, 1944. Gary graduated from Division Avenue High School in Levittown Long Island, NY in 1962 and received a BBA from Hofstra University, NY in 1967. He had a career in retail management at Rich's and Sears. Gary was a member of St. Catherine's Episcopal Church and Choir as well as the School Crossing Guard at Dodgen Middle School. He had a passion for sports, cigars, and he delighted in his family. Gary is survived by his wife of 23 years, 3 daughters and 6 grandchildren. Funeral Services were held at St. Catherine's Episcopal Church Sunday, April 23, 2017 at 3:00PM.
