Michael "Mike" R. Eaton of Petoskey passed from a battle with cancer into the healing hands of his Lord and Savior Sunday, March 13,2016.
Mike was born to William Jr. and Winifred (Ulrich) Eaton July10, 1948. He graduated from Petoskey High School in 1966.
Later, he married Re­becca Tugert. They had two sons together, Mike Jr. and wife April, their two children, Jake and Morgan, and son, Jordan.
He is survived by his brothers , Bill (Jeanne), Tom (Linda) and Ron(Mary); and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
His was very thankful for his dear friends at Home Depot and Johnson Buses. He loved his dogs past and present, but most of all his kids and grandkids of whom he loved very dearly.
It is Mike's wish that ev­eryone remember him as the healthy man he once was before his battle with this wicked cancer.
A memorial service will be held Saturday,March 19, at 11a.m. with reflec­tion starting at 10a.m. at Charles G. Parks Funeral Home,1720 U.S.31 North. Petoskey.
