Denise Ann Cook, 47, passed away September 3, 2017 in Bentonville. She was born on December 8, 1969 in Springdale, Arkansas to Alvin and Patsy (Cartwright) Rector. Denise was the loving wife of John Cook of Garfield. She enjoyed fishing, hand sewing, and playing with her granddaughter.
Denise is survived by her husband, parents; son, John M Cook(Alex) and daughter, Sara Cook both of Garfield; granddaughter, Kaylee Cook; in-laws, Jasper and Janice Cook of Garfield; brother, Shawn (Jenny) Burkes and their son, Hunter of Rogers; sister, Heather (Floyd) Crouch and their children, Payton, Grayson, and Kaitlyn of Clifty; brothers-in-law; Jason (Keresa) Cook and Jasper Cook (Alyssa Manuel) of Garfield; nephews, Rodney and Randy Cook.
Her visitation will be on Thursday, September 7, 2017 from 5 until 7 p.m. in Rollins Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral service will be on Friday at 2pm in Rollins Chapel with burial to follow at Walnut Hill Cemetery.
