He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Larry Cook.
Retired from Raybestos Powertrain in 2006 after 47 years.
He was a skilled guitar player and played in the band Rosewood Ash for several years.
He loved to bowl and bowled on the Merchant League and other mixed leagues for several years, had a passion for traveling and spending time with his family.
Active member of Whitesville Christian Church.
Funeral service 11am Saturday, Sept. 9 at Hunt and Sons Funeral Home, Crawfordsville with Pastor Mike Whitacre officiating.
Visitation 4-8pm Friday.
