Larry Lee Stark, 51, of Dowagiac, passed away on Sunday, September 3, 2017 at Lakeland Hospital, Niles.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 PM on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at Victory Tabernacle, 608 Middle Crossing Rd., Dowagiac, MI. Friends may visit with the family two hours prior to the service from noon until 2 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with final expenses. Larry was born on August 6, 1966 to the late Richard and Nancy (Carpenter) Stark in Dowagiac, MI. He graduated from Dowagiac High School, class of 1984. After graduation, Larry served in the United States Army. On June 10, 2010 he married Rebecca Casey. Larry worked for Ameriwood for over thirty years. He was an avid Alabama fan and enjoyed fishing, golfing, softball and cornhole. Larry was a loving husband and father. Most of all, He enjoyed spending time with his family.
Larry is survived by his wife, Becky; sons, Keith Stark, David Stark and Derek Stark all of Dowagiac; brother, Ronnie (Stacie) Stark; step children, Jacob Weldy and Cassandra (Daniel) Valladarez and grandchildren, Bradley Weldy and Annmarie Valladarez.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Nancy.
