Mildred E. Higginson
Mildred "Mickey" Elaine Higginson died Dec. 16, 1999. She was 76.
Born Dec 30, 1922, in Washougal, she was a member of the Veteran of Foreign Wars Auxiliary and the NACO Campground. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, camping and traveling.
She is survived by her husband, Leon, at home; daughter, Midge Tate of Libby, Mont.; sons, Kerry Higginson of Camas, and Blaine and Brian Higginson of Washougal; sister, Eleanor Curry of Washougal; and four grandchildren.
She was inurned at Washougal Memorial Cemetery Tuesday, Dec. 21, at 12:15 p.m. A memorial followed at 1 p.m., at Bethel Community Church in Washougal. Memorial can be sent to the Bethel Community Church Memorial Fund, 1438 B St., Washougal, WA 98671.
