Dennis C. Jensen, 72, of Chippewa Falls, died Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at Wissota Health & Regional Vent Center in Chippewa Falls.

Dennis was born December 22, 1944 in Minneapolis, Minn., the son of Charles and Alice (Peterson) Jensen. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.

On May 22, 1971, Dennis married Claudette at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Columbia Heights, Minn., they later divorced.

Dennis was known for his generosity and talent for restoring player pianos. His skill and craftsmanship were well known throughout the Midwest. He had a passion for athletics and enjoyed coaching his children and other youth in volleyball, baseball, softball and basketball.

Dennis is survived by his beloved family and friends.

A Memorial service will be held at Noon Saturday, September 9 at the Horan Funeral Home in Chippewa Falls. Rev. Robert Hoekstra will be officiating. Burial of cremains will be in Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spooner at a later date.

Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of services at Noon on Saturday, September 9 at the Horan Funeral Home in Chippewa Falls.
