Troy Martin, age 89 of London, KY, passed away on Sunday, September 3 at his residence.
He leaves behind his wife, Esther Deaton Martin; three sons, Ronnie Martin of London, KY, Donnie Martin and wife Mary of London, KY, Jerry Martin of London, KY; five grandchildren, Angie Fischer and husband Chris of London, KY, Bradley Dean Martin and wife Jennifer of London, KY, Ashley Paige Mayo and husband Jason of Richmond, KY, Sarah Christensen and husband J.D. of Nicholasville, KY, Matthew Martin and wife Natalie of Bowling Green, KY; seven great-grandchildren, Erin Fischer, Ethan Fischer, Eli Fischer, Payton Hunter Martin, Kaley Martin, Landon Mayo, Lucas Mayo, plus a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Tilford and Hettie Ponder Martin; seven siblings, Dewey Martin, Burt Martin, Eva Garrison, Robert Martin, Glen Martin, Nancy Ann Cline, and Betty Martin.
Troy Martin was a member of Church of Lord Jesus Christ East Bernstadt. He was loved and will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
Funeral services for Troy Martin will be conducted on Wednesday, September 6 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Todd Martin and Brad Fields officiating. Burial will follow in the Church of Lord Jesus Christ Cemetery.
