Rozzella A. Schade passed away on August 31, 2017, in Thornton, Colorado at the age of 92. She was born Oct. 6, 1924 in Trivoli, Illinois, to Cora (Phillips) and Luther Fisher. She married J C Schade in Peoria in May, 1944. He preceded her in death in 1995.

She is survived by two sons: Bill (Bobbie) Schade of Westminster, Colorado, and Jon (Marsha) Schade of Apache Junction, Arizona; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

She grew up a farm girl in Trivoli and went to high school in Farmington. She could plow a field with a team of horses and knew how to fill a cellar with homegrown canned goods. Rozzella was a homemaker. She traveled extensively around the world, and lived in Illinois, Iowa, Arizona, Colorado and Europe. She loved cooking, remodeling, bicycling, her farm, and her rider mower. Her circle of friends was wide, and her devotion to family and care of loved ones will never be forgotten.

Funeral Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, September 8, 2017 at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. Rev. Gary Schmidt will officiate.

Burial will be in Swan Lake Memory Gardens.
