Daryl Leon Mchaney of White Springs passed away suddenly on Monday, August 28,2017 at Lake City Medical Center. He was born in Mobile Al. 2/16/1961 To Betty Powell McHaney Harless & the late Ralph Leon McHaney. He has made White Springs his home since 1974, moving here from the south/central Fl. area. He was a operator in the logging industry & was of the Methodist faith. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing & hunting. He loved watching football, NASCAR & playing guitar. He loved gathering with family & friends to throw horseshoes & play corn hole. He is preceded in death by his son Colton Lee McHaney; sister Debbie McHaney Deese: Step father Harold Harless & step sister Carolyn Page.
He is survived by his loving Mother Betty Powell Harless of White Springs loving companion & Great-Grandaughter Sue Bowen & Gabby McDuffie, Brothers Dwayne McHaney (Melissa) of White Springs & Leonard McHaney (Sally) of Jackson, Al. Sisters Mary McHaney Anderson (jerry) & Ann McHaney Petty (Donnie) of Jackson , Al. Shelia McHaney Dunaway (Monroe) & Sharon McHaney Glover (Darrell) of White Springs, Sherry McHaney Blankenship (Jamie) & Toni McHaney Cabe (Arnold) of Lake City.
