Patricia "Trish" Lynette Stephens-Thorn, 46, of Conway went to be with the Lord peacefully at her home, Sunday September 3, 2017. She was born August 9, 1971 in Conway to Leroy and Martha Stephens. Patricia graduated from Conway High School in 1989 and attended Baptist Health School of Nursing. She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Conway. Patricia enjoyed painting, sewing, crafting, reading, cooking, and spending time with her granddaughter Gracyn.
She is survived by her parents Leroy and Martha Stephens, daughter, Allyson Wright, granddaughter, Gracyn, sisters, Karen Ballheimer (Tom) and Kathy Boling (Robin), nieces and nephews: Justin Ballheimer (Brittany), Jennifer Ballheimer (Alisha), Nicholas Boling, Erica Boling; great nieces: Bristin Ballheimer, Brinkley Ballheimer, Alyssa Boling, and many more family and friends.
The family would like the thank Dr. Shaver, Dr. Lee, Dr. Mendelsohn, the staff at Conway Regional SSOU, Arkansas Hospice, and Home Helpers home health.
