Wilma J. Snell, 79, of Flora, IL, died December 2, 2005, at her home.

Mrs. Snell was born January 26, 1926 in Clay County, the daughter of Thomas and Myrtle Fowler Aumiller. She married Robert F. Snell June 6, 1943 in St. Charles, MO and he preceded her in death December 18, 1989.

She was employed for 27 years at Flora International Shoe Factory, and later employed at Briscoe Surplus Sales.

She was a member of Harmony United Methodist Church, and Flora American Legion Ladies Auxiliary.

She enjoyed sewing, fishing, camping, dancing and playing cards. She was an avid pet lover, enjoyine her dog "Bullett".

Survivors include two daughters, Linda Harrington and Karen Wicke; a son, Robert Snell; a sister, Alice Parkhill; nine grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, three brothers, Burl, Harold, and Frank Aumiller; three sisters, Hazel, Linnie, and Evelyn; one grandson, Carl; and one great-granddaughter.

Funeral services were held at Frank and Bright Funeral Home in Flora with burial in Kneff Cemetery.
