Peggy Jo Burton-Fletcher (PJ),70, of Ingleside On the Bay, Texas, passed away Monday, August 21,2017. She was born February 16,1947, in Columbia, Adair Co, Kentucky. She was the daughter of Leonard Burton and Virginia Sinclair-Burton.
She is survived by her husband, Dr. John L. Fletcher, and children, Dr. Greg and Wilma Klaus; David and Susan Carpenter; grandchildren, Oliva and Sean Carpenter; Siblings, Barbara Fuhr, Homer and Ruth Burton, Randall and
Jan Burton, Terry and Diane Burton, Garry Burton and Rickey.
She is preceded in death by brothers, Gilbert and Wendell Burton. PJ was a unique soul who left an everlasting impression on everyone she met. She had a big heart and took in all sorts of strays, in some cases nursing the sick back to health. She will be sorely missed. Peggy's service have been canceled until further notice....due to the hurricane..
