Debbie passed from this life September 2, 2017 at home under Hospice care. Debbie was deeply loved and respected by family and friends. She was born July 24, 1959 and raised in Lubbock. She went to school at Monterey High School, Texas Tech and I.B.C., graduating with honors. She married Lonnie Dale Stroud August 11, 1979. Debbie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lonnie August 30, 2016 and her father, Ray Delano July 5, 2016. She is survived by sons, Chris and Lonnie and his family, Averie and their children, Kaelie and Lannie; sister, Brenda Speigel and husband Jim and their sons, Shawn and Jason; brother, Chuck Delano and wife Debbie and their children, Tad, Collin and Caleb; and her mother, Jo Ann Delano all of Lubbock. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park under the direction of Sanders Funeral Home.
