Leroy was born October 29, 1941, in Corbin, Whitley Co., KY. His parents were: Lonnie Columbus Miller and Lydia Frances Bradley Miller.
He was retired engineer from L&N and CSX railroads and was the owner operator of C.L. Miller Pools. Leroy was a US Army Veteran, a member of the Hugh Harris Lodge No. 938 F.& A.M, and he was a Shriner. He was also a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church, Corbin, Whitley Co., KY
He was preceded in death by his parents: Lonnie Columbus Miller and Lydia Frances Bradley Miller; his brothers: Garrett W Miller and Carl Lloyd Miller and his sister: Delsie Miller Aiken.
He is survived by his wife: Joann L Tharpe Miller; his son: Timothy Lee Miller and his wife, Christine; his daughters: Cynthia Jo Miller Moore and her husband, Roy D Moore; and Lori Ann Miller Stinson Robertson and her husband, Dallas Robertson; his grandchildren: Timothy Luke Miller, Tyler Moore, Sarah Miller, Jacob Moore, Lauren Miller and Jo Emily Stinson Miller; his brothers: Marvin R Miller and his wife, Sharon M Carroll Miller; Terry W Miller and his wife, Dawn; his sisters: Alma Lorita Miller Elliott, Linda J Miller Page, and Laura Ruth Miller Hoffman and her husband, Robbie Hoffman; his mother-in-law: Virginia Lay Musselman; and by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
