(3) My occupation is Housewife (4) I am 53 years old. (5) I was born on May 24, 1890 in Sulsted, Denmark (6) My personal description is as follows: Sex – Femal, color – white, complextion – fair, color of eyes – blue, color of hair – blond, height 5 feet 2 ½ inches, weight 200 pounds, visible distinctive marks – scar on back of neck, right side, race – white, present nationality – Denmark (7) I am widow; the name of my husband was Peder, we were married on October 5, 1918, at Tyler, Minnesota, he was born at Vester, Denmark, on April 10, 1887 and entered the United States at New York, N.Y. on May 7, 1928 for permanent residence in the United States and now resides at – died January 13, 1933 and was not naturalized (8) I have 5 children: Henning (m) July 24, 1919, Canby, Minn., r/Round Lake, Ill; Niels (m) August 1, 1921, Sulsted, Denmark, now U.S. Navy; Katarine (f) September 25, 1923, Denmark, r/Round Lake, Ill; Dorothy (f) August 4, 1928, Henrick, Minn., r/Round Lake, Ill; Marian (f) January 23, 1930, Ostoria, South Dakota, r/Round Lake, Ill. (9) My last place of foreign residence was Sulsted, Denmark (10) I emigrated to the United States from Copenhagen, Denmark (11) My lawful entry for permanent residence in the United States was at New York, N.Y. under the name of Helfied Helene Frandsen on May 7, 1928 on the SS United States as shown by the certificate of my arrival attached to this petition.
