Deborah Doris Fetters Foster, 56 of Newport, KY passed away February 24th, 2017. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents Clarence & Dorothy (Renchen) Fetters, brothers; Cheyenne Fetters and Ernest Fetters.
She is survived by her son Stephen Foster, fiance Eugene Hicks Jr., siblings; Arnold Fetters, Jim Fetters, Pansy Tipton, Brenda Neace, Lena Hunt, Anne Fetters, Eddie Fetters, Goldie Wald, Dottie Abney and J.W. Fetters along with 2 grandchildren Jayla and Jordan Foster. A visitation was held at Cooper Funeral Home in Alexandria on Friday March 3, 2017 from 10 am ~ 1 pm, with services beginning at 1 pm. Burial followed at Alexandria Cemetery.
