She was born on October 9, 1937 in Pulaski, and was the daughter of the late Elizabeth Roberts Whitaker and Samuel Hurst Whitaker.
Sandra was a former teacher of economics in Buchanan, and was an office manager for the Pulaski County Public Schools.
She has no immediate survivors.
There will be a graveside memorial service held on Thursday, September 21, 2017 in Oakwood Cemetery in Pulaski.
