Eva Curtis Smart Snow, 85, of Appleton, went home to be with her Lord Tuesday, August 29, 2017, at her home. She was born October 31, 1931, in Mill Creek (Illinois Township), daughter of the late Lewis F. and Ada G. Morris Williams. She was a member of Appleton Cumberland Presbyterian Church and the Women’s CPW. She was a strong lady and loved her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Donnie Paul Williams; 3 husbands, Clebert Curtis, Dale Smart, and Noel Snow; and a son, James L. Curtis.
She is survived by 3 sons, Bobby W. Curtis and wife Nadine, Ronnie Curtis, and Paul A. Curtis and wife Gina; daughter, Adona J. and husband J.L. Chronister; daughter-in-law, Joy Dawn Curtis; 30 grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a caregiver and good friend, Kayla Petite.
Funeral services are 10:00 AM, Friday, September 1, at Appleton Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Rev. Randall Williams and Rev. Darwin Barnhouse officiating. Burial is in Shiloh Cemetery under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. Visitation is from 6:00-7:00 PM, Thursday, at Lemley Chapel.
Pallbearers will be grandsons.
