William J. Rowe, 73, of Melbourne, Florida, passed away on January 6, 2015. He was born in Loudon, Tennessee to the late Alfred and Maude Rowe. He was preceded in death by his devoted wife of 51 years, Alice Wallace Rowe. We are comforted by knowing they are reunited in eternal rest.
Survivors include his children, Boyd (Maria) of Palm Bay, FL, Linda (Dale) Gentry and Patricia (Kevin) Kern both of Melbourne, FL. ; grandchildren Andrew, Remington and Anna Rowe, Matt, Justin and Josh Gentry, Katelyn Kern and Telisha O'Dell; and six great-grandchildren; siblings, Vivian(James) Wallace, Janet Tilley, Kenneth (Brenda) Rowe, Liz Bradshaw, Deb (Kent) Phillips all of Loudon, TN., Nancy Cochran of Readondo Beach, California.
William was a retired meat cutter from Publix Supermarkets, but was a man of many talents throughout the years. His love of practical jokes will be recalled by many former co-workers and friends, some perhaps with a permanent scar, bruise or nervous tic thanks to him! His infectious laugh and love for fun were hard to resist as well as his huge heart and giving spirit. He shared his love of classic cars, horses, western movies and spending time at the beach or mountains with his family and we will forever treasure those memories
