Claire Melissa Adams (Lane), born Nov. 29, 1964 in Austin, passed away Aug 28, 2017 at Saint Marys Hospital.

Claire graduated from West Concord in 1982. She married Michael Maley, in Rochester in 1985. They later divorced. They had two children together. She then married Paul Adams in Stewartville in 1999.

She was employed by Cardinal of Minnesota, in Rochester, caring for the handicapped, which she enjoyed. She was a member of the Salvation Army Church.

She enjoyed spending time with her grandkids, family and her cat, Sam, wheeling down bike trails around Rochester and Karaoke.

She is survived by daughter, Melissa Maley and son, Arthur J. Maley; guardianship for Sabrina Frederick; sisters, Cindy Hartley and Pat Elit of Austin; brother, George Lane Jr; three grandchildren, Gavin (7), Kylee (9) and Casey (7).

She was preceded in death by her parents, George Lane and Carol Smith (Langemo).

Celebration of life will be held at the American Legion of Rochester, Sept 6, starting with a memorial service at 6 p.m., followed by Karaoke/party with Legion food available.
