Carl Michael Hayes was born on December 15, 1968 in Donalsonville Ga. He quietly and peacefully passed away on November 20, 2016.
Carl leaves to cherish his precious memories a devoted and loving wife Tameka Hayes; one son Carl Hayes, Jr; one step-son Darion Mines; three daughters; Whitnee Jackson (Napoleon); Carlisha Brown (Keiko); Takendra Ross; one step-daughter Sydnee Mines; Mother in law Ollie Pompey; Father in law Robert Pompey; eight grandchildren; seven brothers Horace Floyd, Pastor Lester Hayes (Sharon), Charles Hayes, Ivan Hayes, Curtis Biggles (Betty), Herman Peterson, Leonard Screen; two brother in laws Rashard Pompey and Jarrell Pompey. Five sisters Mildred King (Kelvin), Patricia McNair (Alexander), Elaine Smith (Harold), Ruby Peterson (James), Jacqueline Cochran; one sister in law Shaunita Pompey; a beloved aunt Ruth Johnson; a godson Carter Alexander Hayes.
Carl was preceded in death by his parents Eliza Hayes Stewart and Lazarus Cochran; two brothers Robert Hayes and Van Hayes; two sisters Gwendolyn Cochran and Eloise Hines.
Services will be conducted by Bruton Mortuary with the service to be held November 27, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Nelson Chapel AME church in Bainbridge, Ga.
