Born in Greenville, he was a son of Geneva Redmond Brown and the late James Brown, Jr. ( -2015).
He is survived by his wife, Jamaica S. Brown of the home; one son, Brandon Brown of the home; one brother, Dwayne Garlan Brown of Simpsonville; one sister, Jayma Kemika (Kem) Mattison of Greenville and a god sister, Shundra Hamer of Greenville.
The family is at the home.
Funeral Service will be held 11 am, Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at Bethlehem Baptist Church with Dr. Phillip M. Baldwin officiating. Burial will immediately follow in the church cemetery.
