Carol Joan Kraus,
Age 76, of Union Grove passed away Sunday, August 27, 2017, at her home.
Carol was born January 4, 1941 to Harlow and Irene (nee Baker) Roder in Athens,WI. Her early life was spent in Racine where she attended Park High School. On February 16, 1963 she was united in marriage to Joe Kraus at Lutheran Church of the Redeemer in Racine. Following their marriage they resided in the Sturtevant area. Carol was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. She enjoyed gardening, quilting, sewing, working on puzzle books and adult coloring books. She also enjoyed shopping but most of all loved spending time with her family.
Carol is survived by her beloved family and friends.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at 10:30AM at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church with Pastor David Ramirez officiating. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Friday, September 1 from 4:00PM until 7:00PM at the Polnasek-Daniels Funeral Home and then again, on Saturday from 9:00AM until 10:45AM, at the CHURCH. Burial will take place on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at 12:00PM noon, at West Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
