Mrs. Linda Shepherd, age 68 of Guthrie, passed away on Sunday, August 27th at the Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville, Tennessee of natural causes.
She was born January 22, 1949 in Elkton, Kentucky the daughter of Hubert and Ester Ann Williams Owen. She was a member of Guthrie Baptist. She loved her family and playing on her computer.
She was preceded in death by her parents as well as her husband Adrian D. Shepherd in 2004; one brother Carlos Owen and two sisters Margie Law and Martha Knight. She is survived by one son David Owen (Lisa) of Guthrie; one daughter Anita Reynolds (Billy) of Guthrie; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Visitation with the Shepherd family will be on Wednesday from 5:00 until 8:00 at the Cook-Webb Funeral Home. Funeral service is scheduled to be conducted on Thursday morning at 11:00 in the Chapel of the Cook-Webb Funeral Home with Rev. Buck Tidwell officiating. Interment will follow at the Highland Cemetery in Guthrie.
