Besides her mother, Jean Sears of Ellisville, MO, she is also survived by her 6 siblings, Thomas Sears, Christine (Joseph) Williams, Karen Rocco, Cynthia Hollenbach, Robert (Sheron) Sears and Jill (Tom) O’Connell, and her many nieces and grand-nieces, nephews and grand-nephews.

Marsha grew up in Kirkwood, received her B.A. in Education from Southwest Missouri State University and was a long-time resident of Liberty, Missouri, where she raised her children, worked for many years at Ferrellgas, and actively served the community through the Liberty United Methodist Church on whose Board she served for several years. As a Stephens Minister there she gave special Christian care to many individuals going through hard times. She was also very active in PEO International and she remained active in her philanthropy through the local Chapter of PEO after moving back to the St. Louis area.
