He was the son of the late Rudolph and Marie Jaggers.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Rudolph A. Jaggers, David Jaggers, and Donald Arvin.
He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Dinah Jaggers, daughters, Melanie (Russell) Mills of Pineville, KY, and Brandy (Adam) Bauer of Siler, KY; grandchildren, Airman 1st Class Shane (Hannah) Mills, Corey and Braden Mills, Austin and Tanner Asher, and Gauge Bauer; brothers, David Arvin, Richard (June) Jaggers, and Jerry (Mary) Jaggers; sister, Regina (Albert) Singh; sister-in-laws, Shelia (Keith) Fuson, Billie (Shawn) Fuson, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
