Ruth leaves behind daughters; Docia York (Michael) of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Sally Tatum (Art) of Bristol, Virginia, Dequita Barrett of Newport, Arkansas, twenty grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Ruth is preceded in death by her parents, her husband William Winford Barrett, daughters; Kathren Barrett, Shari Gilbert, sons; David Barrett, William Barrett Jr., two sisters, and four brothers.
