Steven Leslie Perkins, age 66, died Tuesday August 8, 2017, at his home, in Gallatin County, Kentucky. He was born in Covington, Kentucky, on April 11, 1951, to Harold and Joyce Insko Perkins.
Along with his parents, he is survived by: a son, Shane Michael Perkins, of Independence, Kentucky; a granddaughter, Veronica Joyce Perkins; two siblings, Tami (Stan) Phillips, of Campbell County, Kentucky, and Tracye Perkins, of Park Hills, Kentucky; and an aunt, Madge (Tom) Sharpin, of Sparta, Kentucky.
Services were held at the convenience of the family. Moore and Parker Funeral home served the family.
